Liability for Content

As a service provider, MBmedien Group GmbH is responsible for its own content on these pages in accordance with § 1, Section 7 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove that content immediately.

Liability for Links to other Websites

The websites of MBmedien Group GmbH contain links to external websites. We have no influence on the content of customer or partner sites, service provider or manufacturer sites, author blogs or websites to which we refer in our curated news, in e-mail newsletters or in the blog (links & reading tips to external online publications and source information). We cannot therefore accept any liability for this external content. The content of linked pages is always the responsibility of the respective operator. MBmedien Group GmbH also accepts no responsibility for the data protection strategy of external websites. At the time of linking, MBmedien Group GmbH was not aware of any illegal content or practices. Since it is unreasonable to expect us to monitor the content of linked websites on an ongoing basis without concrete evidence of a breach of the law, we would ask you to notify us if you discover any content on linked websites that is in conflict with data protection law or otherwise unlawful. MBmedien Group GmbH will remove such links immediately on becoming aware of such infringements.
